Altis addresses a problem its pages describe: conventional oncology imaging endpoints can miss true survival benefit, while drug developers must make slow, costly decisions using early signals that can fail in late-stage trials. Its IPRO model is trained on an oncology dataset spanning more than 500,000 patient years and, in an independent post-hoc analysis of Johnson & Johnson's Phase 3 MARIPOSA trial, detected a treatment effect 11 months before the primary PFS readout and 26 months before the final overall-survival readout; the $25 million Series A is intended to expand the models and commercial deployment.
