Before Coultreon, Pierre was Senior Vice President and Head of Discovery & Preclinical Development at Galapagos, and he also held senior roles at Aligos Therapeutics and Janssen Pharmaceutica; he holds a PharmD and a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from the University Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg.

Before Coultreon, Marie was Legal Head of Research and Development at Galapagos and earlier practiced at the Brussels Bar with Quinz; she holds a Master of Laws from KU Leuven and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and ICT Law.

Before Coultreon, Guy was Senior Vice President of Finance and Procurement at Galapagos, after serving as Senior Finance Director for Janssen Germany and holding finance roles at Johnson & Johnson; he holds a Master’s in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp and a supplementary degree in International Taxation from the University of Leuven.
