FLÆ Robotics builds AI staff for hotels and other hospitality businesses, led by BE-A, an AI receptionist that handles guest communication, reservations and front-office work.
Hotels face staffing shortages and high volumes of repetitive guest enquiries; BE-A handles bookings, guest requests and communication 24/7 across email, WhatsApp, web chat and voice, in more than 100 languages. The company says BE-A is used by more than 60 hotels and processed approximately 265,000 messages and voice interactions across nearly 160,000 conversations in July and August 2026, while the seed funding will support product development, integrations, hiring and international expansion.
