Gauss Fusion develops the GIGA™ system architecture, critical technologies and industrial capabilities needed for deployable stellarator fusion power plants that can provide clean electricity.
Gauss Fusion is tackling the problem that future fusion plants must be engineered as complete industrial systems that can be manufactured, maintained and operated, rather than relying on advances in plasma physics alone. Its bet is that the GIGA™ plant-level architecture, independently reviewed conceptual design and partner-led development of magnets, tritium breeding, exhaust and fuel-cycle technologies can move stellarator fusion from scientific promise toward commercial deployment.
