General Compute builds an inference cloud that buys and operates GPUs and specialized AI chips for AI companies and developers who need fast model responses without owning the hardware.
General Compute targets the inference bottleneck by financing, deploying, and operating heterogeneous GPUs and purpose-built chips so AI companies can consume fast model responses without procuring or managing the infrastructure. Its $100M Series A and previously announced debt facility of up to $400M are funding a planned fleet whose first major deployments are scheduled for Q1 2027, with more than 50 MW of capacity in the pipeline.
