Innercrowd builds a fan-engagement platform for festivals and other live-event organizers that combines fan data, email, WhatsApp and ambassador marketing to help them sell more tickets and grow their audiences.
Festivalgoers are becoming more selective and delaying purchases in a crowded, higher-cost market—Innercrowd says only 17% of festivals in the European Festival Survey 2025 sold out—so it uses organizers' own fan data, WhatsApp AI conversations and ambassador networks to drive earlier sales, with campaigns converting 50% higher on average than traditional email presales. The €750,000 investment matters because the company says it already serves more than 100 organizers, has generated more than €12.5 million in organizer revenue and mobilized nearly 32,000 active ambassadors across five countries, and plans to use the capital to expand internationally.
