Jaipur Robotics builds AI-powered computer-vision and automation software that helps waste-to-energy and other industrial plant operators detect dangerous waste, understand material and calorific value, and run cranes more safely and efficiently.
Waste-to-energy plants still rely heavily on manual monitoring and can lose up to $4.3 million per plant annually through hazardous waste, poor mixing, downtime, and inefficient handling. Jaipur Robotics is betting that its dataset of more than 50 million labelled images and commercial deployments analyzing over 5 million tonnes of waste a year—with 99% hazardous-material detection accuracy and more than 80% fewer unplanned shutdowns reported—can make plant operations safer and more autonomous, and its €4.3 million Seed round funds expansion into new regions and deeper automation.
