Metal Morph builds modular Infrastructure-as-a-Service systems that recover and recycle aluminium- and iron-based treatment chemicals from municipal and industrial wastewater for water utilities and industrial operators.
Water and wastewater operators normally buy aluminium- and iron-based coagulants, use them once and pay to dispose of them, leaving them exposed to volatile prices, supply-chain disruption and treatment emissions. Metal Morph's 50+ tests across three drinking-water plants reported up to 90% recovery at 95% purity, 26% lower coagulation-related operating costs and 89% lower coagulant-procurement emissions, while six UK utility partnerships cover 56% of the market and the £700K pre-seed is funding pilots and validation.
