Nagare Labs builds Z2RAM memory chips that sit directly on AI accelerators to give AI systems SRAM-like speed with DRAM-like density.
AI compute is bottlenecked by the growing gap between logic and memory: SRAM is fast but tiny, while HBM and DRAM are denser but off-chip and costly in latency, power, and thermal strain.
