Neusignal Therapeutics develops therapeutic drugs for central nervous system diseases, especially an oral Alzheimer’s candidate, for patients and families affected by dementia.
Alzheimer’s treatment still has major unmet needs, and Neusignal says its orally administered NTX-083 uses a novel mechanism intended to improve cognitive and peripheral symptoms while also modifying disease progression. Its latest financing is being used to move from positive safety and tolerability results in healthy adults to a Phase 1b trial in U.S. Alzheimer’s patients and to build toward partnerships with global pharmaceutical companies.
