  He is a professor of molecular biology at Lund University and previously co-founded CropTailor, where he developed oat varieties.
• Henrik Aronsson · co-founder and CTO
  He is a professor in plant molecular biology at the University of Gothenburg, and his research on salt stress and chlorophyll biosynthesis in wheat laid the scientific foundation for OlsAro's technology.

Business model

OlsAro acts as a seed pre-breeder and licenses seed companies the right to commercialize its germplasm, while those partners handle seed multiplication, logistics, storage, marketing and sales.
