  He earned a Ph.D. from the University of Ottawa, Canada, and his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in geology from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany.
• Alan Baxter · co-founder and Chief Exploration Officer (CXO)
  He was a Research Associate at the University of Ottawa, a Lecturer at the University of New England, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Sydney, and he earned a Ph.D. in Geology from the University of Hong Kong and a B.Sc. in Geology from Trinity College Dublin.

  He is an Associate Professor of Physics at the University of Constantine 1 in Algeria and earned a Ph.D. in Physics through a joint program between the University of Constantine 1 and Université Nice Côte d’Azur in France.
