SE3 Labs builds spatial-AI software that helps autonomous drones, ground vehicles, and robotic swarms understand and act in the physical world for defence, public-safety, and industrial users.
SE3 addresses a stated gap in autonomy: many systems rely on pre-programmed routes or beacons and cannot reason about unexpected conditions, while SE3 creates real-time 3D maps and shared situational awareness and supports navigation without GPS. Its €5.5 million seed round, led by Lakestar, matters because the company says its technology is already under contract with and continuously used by the German Bundeswehr and allied forces, with the capital intended to develop and scale the platform for defence and industrial clients.
