Talent Nation finds and develops AI engineers, then helps organisations build, deploy and own AI systems through projects, embedded teams, direct hiring and internships.
Businesses want to adopt AI but face a shortage of engineers who can turn models into reliable, production-ready systems, while Talent Nation's Learn2Earn pipeline has attracted more than 63,000 applications, assessed more than 32,000 candidates and has about 1,400 fellows across nine campuses in six cities. Its undisclosed pre-seed, co-led by Enza Capital and LocalGlobe, funds a bet that a tuition-free, job-oriented African pipeline can train and deploy one million AI engineers over the next decade and make AI implementation affordable beyond frontier labs and large corporations.
