The Dough Therapy turned a November 2020 single-outlet Mumbai start by three friends into a 10-outlet brand with more than 30 vegetarian and vegan gourmet pizza varieties. Its first institutional seed round of Rs 5.25 crore, led by Michigan Capital Advisors with participation from Equiglobe Investment, is funding expansion, marketing, supply-chain infrastructure, centralized operations and kitchen technology as it targets new Indian markets.
