TrashLab builds an AI-native operating system for waste haulers that connects customer calls and CRM, dispatch and routing, driver operations, billing and payments, and reporting in one platform.
TrashLab says the U.S. waste and recycling industry is a $105B essential service whose incumbent platforms are more than 20 years old, leaving haulers reliant on spreadsheets, paper routes, and disconnected legacy systems. The company says its platform now serves hundreds of haulers across 40+ states, has managed more than 5 million tons, and has Haul-E in use at nearly 80% of customers, while the new $12 million round funds agentic workflows across customer service, dispatch, billing, collections, and revenue intelligence.
